The Wrecking Dead started out in 2001 playing local shows in Copenhagen, Denmark. In September 2001, we produced our highly acclaimed demo CD that was featured on the “It Came From Hell vol. 4” compilation. In July 2002 the debut full length album was released on Crazy Love Records. The album received a great deal of attention because of the unconventional mix of Psychobilly, Street Punk and Oi, something which had not been heard before in the Psychobilly music scene. On the live front, the band did a small and highly successful mini-tour in Poland and shortly before this tour, The Wrecking Dead played with such acclaimed bands as Godless Wicked Creeps, The Bones and Small Town Pimps. The last tours the band played were a 4-day German tour with the German band, Up To Vegas and 2 months later a 10-day European tour co-headlining w/ Cenobites. The Wrecking Dead has played the Drop Dead Festival, done a small tour of Canada and completed the Texas to LA west coast tour. A new full cd is scheduled to be released in the spring of 2008! In addition, the band was voted “Best New Act” by www.psychobilly-online.de. After three years of hibernation, the Wrecking Dead relocated to the U. S. and emerged with a new lineup. The Wrecking Dead signed to Hairball8 Records and “The New Breed” EP was released April 2006. Songs from the “The New Breed” will be appearing on the upcoming compilation “Fins and Needles” (Hairball8 Records) which is said to be the largest compilation released in the U.S. featuring both Punk and Psychobilly bands and will be available in all Hot Topic retail outlets nationwide. The band just recently recieved radio airplay on BBC Radio 1's "Punk Show with Mike Davies." Currently, The Wrecking Dead are in the studio working on their upcoming release due out in spring 2008.

Columbian Neckties are no longer playing shows. We have one more 10 inc coming out this spring or summer (2008) Then you can look for former members in Bands like Timewasters, Franktown, Dustbugs, and Real Surrealers. Don´t expect the same sound, but always expect a true rock´n´roll feeling. Columbian neckties history goes like this: In 1999 Shake Appeal broke up and so Guitarist Henrik and Bass player Simon joined forces with new singer Jeppe Escobar and drummer Slambert (aka Slamboy). The music changed to a more RocknRoll inspired punk rock. Not as fast and furious as Shake Appeal but more swinging in a Saints, Fun Things, Infections kinda way...only faster! One of the first gigs was at the Adios Moshable Festival in Copenhagen where we opened day 2 at Loppen. This concert was recorded by the Danish National Radio and a couple of months later the whole gig was broadcasted in the radio. Wow. After doing a lot of support jobs the band decided to do some recordings for record purposes. In January 2000 they recorded the first demo: 9 songs on an analogue 4-track tape recorder to ensure the right 77 feel. The tape was put on CDR and sent around. Tony Slug reviewed it in Hit List magazine: "somebody release this!" and somebody did! High School Reject from Holland decided to release a 10" and it turned into the 6-track lo-fi punk rock blast Scene of the Crime. The record got great reviews almost everywhere and even the most jaded man in punk rock Tim Warren was impressed: GOD DAMN does this record smokeass! Ex-Shake Appeal members blastin out 6 extremely hot & raw & loud punkersIf you dug the Dirtys alb you are gonna dig this. The following year the band toured around Europe, both on their own and one tour with Dutch punk rock out-fit the Hot Pockets. In Kassel they met Gregor and a deal for a full length album was made right after the show there. In 2001 their first album Abrance! (Colombian for Get outta my way!) was released on Sounds of Subterrania and more touring and more good reviews followed. During the late fall of 2002 Sounds of Subterrania put out the second album Why Change Your Moves? More of the same balls out high-speed punk rock and a cover of AC/DCs Riff Raff. Slambert and Simon decided to leave the band in 2003 but that hasnt changed much. Henrik and Jeppe quickly found a new bass player and drummer and they havent looked back. More new songs, more kicking ass and more touring is coming up. Gigs in Sweden and Germany have been played and others are on the way. Early 2004 saw the release of the compilation CD Greaseball Melodrama. Compiled by none other that New Bomb Turks singer Eric Davison and put out by Gearhead. The third album called Takeaway was released on Sounds of Subterrania in 2005. Tours in Germany/Holland/Belgium/Spain and Schwietzerland have been done. We believe Alien Snatch Records made a good description of the band when they wrote: Yesterday the COLUMBIAN NECKTIES played and I can say that they are one of most rockin´ bands I ever saw on stage. I´m happy, cause now I can laugh about all those dozens of tough guy cock-rock Electric Gluein´HellaBabySucker bands which are around since some years, I never cared about them too much. Loved the UPPER CRUST - that´s all! The ´Neckties are now. One not-of-this-earth guitar player, fast tunes, the smile, the inperfection and a good soundman. Thank you guys

Vienen desde Francia con disco nuevo bajo el brazo y una manera muy original de hacer psychobilly, realmente el disco suena a punk rock californiano muy bien hecho, con la particularidad de que tienen contrabajo, y ojo con esto no digo que el disco sea malo, porque con un par de escuchas te enganchas enseguida, porque gastan mucha melodía y muy bien hecha. El disco lo componen doce canciones dedicadas integramente al desamor, el porno y al sexo guarro, comenzando con "Love suck" un instrumental speedico bastante pegadizo, le sigue "p.p chick from Tokio..." un bombazo de punk rock en la onda de Queers pero con contrabajo, la canción es muy buena, "Britney´s Puss" le sigue la estela a la anterior en el mismo rollo, "Prostitute blues" recuerda a Screachin Weasel es increible lo pegadizas que son las canciones, "I wanna be a lesbian" es buenisimo muy ramonera nada que ver con el psycho, pero es que se agradece que en vez de tirar a sonidos mas metaleros como pasa desde hace años, se tiran a sonidos mas melodicos, aunque el billy brille por su ausencia. "Desperate Love" sigue en la linea Queers, "Let me be your pornostar" vuelven al sonido ramoniano y recuerda por momento a los Vandals, la verdad que todos los temas estan en la misma honda, asi que en resumen, si a parte del psycho y el rockin, te gusta el punk ramonero y melodico vas a alucinar con este disco, porque realmente es un buen disco de punkrock. Tight Fitting Pants is a 4pieces fresh band of psychobilly playing since 2002.
Their music is fast, punky and melodic.

Since the beginning, they choose to speak about love and sex, instead of death and zombies as a proper psychobilly band.

Maybe because they wanted to create something new, or maybe because they’re real perverts....

At the end of 2003 they recorded a first 4 titles demo "sex, booze and rock’n’roll". about 1000 copies have been sold.

Playing many shows (more than 150) in france and europe, Tight Fitting Pants found their own space in the psychobilly scene and decided to record a real album!

They recorded a full lenth album in 2005 "Obscene Music for Obscene People" launched in early 2006 at Crazylove Records.

2007 was a busy year for Tight Fitting Pants, because of the release of a new album "Love Sucks" at Crazylove Records and 2 gigs at the Hollywood Showdown.

Now they spread their "porn’n’roll" music around the world!

The new album "Love Sucks" is a kind of concept-album.

Every song is speaking about love (in fact about feelings, sex or porn) As usual Tight Fitting Pants is singing love stories using obscene lyrics and various jokes!

The idea is that every people can match his own story, fantasy and memories to a song or another, and that they keep smiling because of funny lyrics.

Musically speaking, "Love Sucks" is a good production.

12 funny songs, catchy, fast and melodic. a mix between punkrock and psychobilly.
